I have ordered BT sports on Friday 14th. and it is not yet activated. Although I have an active Sky subscription, a message said that a new card would sent. Why is this needed. There is confusion over the time for processing the order. The original message said up to 48 hours. Does this mean 48 hours or two working days. If the latter does it mean that in my case the 48 hours started on Monday.?
