BT Sports query + lack of router in post after signing up for fibre

I ordered BT Sport the other day, using my current sky viewing card number, and the message send that a new card would be sent out to my address, but i thought it would just be activated on my card number?
Also we had Fibre broadband activated in our household on the 23rd October, however we never did receive the router in the post this date, and still not received one in the post now. Not a big problem as I use my own that I've bought however since we had to pay £5.99 for the postage I wouldn't mind having it as a backup eventually!

I'll get your BT Sport activated for you today. We should be able to activate it on your existing card. Apologies for the confusion there.
I think there's been an issue with the address that the router was sent to. I have sent a return for initial router that we sent out, and I will send you a fresh one out today.
