Added BT sport pack 2 weeks ago with a new contract and it still will not work. Have raised tickets, they have been updated and escalated but still nothing. All I have on the screen is a msg reading "upgrade to this channel in order to watch" have given all details if viewing card, serial number etc but still nothing.
Anyone else had these problems, is there anything I can try?
The only reason I stopped with plusnet was the availability of bt sport - very frustrated that I still can't watch, will be looking to leave after all if this isn't resolved.

Still nothing Matt - was told 3-4 hours at 9am this morning, why is this taking so long?
