BBC - can anyone reach the news website

They seem to have launched a total new version of the website and now I can't reach the news main page.

I was reading news.bbc.co.uk without problem earlier today, but just now Firefox is telling me that: "the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."
But I do routinely run Firefox with Javascript disabled, Adblock running, and Redirect remover active. Seems to upset some websites, I'll just have to find a more customer friendly news site now.

No. I edited my post when I realised what you meant.
I can still access the unchanged news website via the news link at the bottom of the page under Explore The BBC. Using FF2 and IE7 and both showing the news website fine.

A retry on the earlier "redirect fail" display from Firefox now connects for me. But I agree, there was a problem

If you mean the news site, no, its no different for me; grey top band then the red with the BBC news logo

I'm using OpenDNS and not seeing any delays.

I had to resubscribe using news services top right of the news pages
