BBC Iplayer can I schedule a download?

Hi All
I'm tending to use BBC Iplayer to view TV programs, its easy to set up, use and download.
BUT I like to make use of the plusnet 'free download time' and download the program overnight (I can only get 512kb download speed so a 1 hour program can take 5-6 hours).
DAK if its possible to 'schedule' a download time to 'start' the Iplayer download say at 01:00am.

i run the that od monitor. very useful to make sure your kservice is stoped from uploading at will. not used the schelduer before but just taken a capture of the menu.
Its designed for use with all the major uk OD providers and runing on vista has bein problem free for me

Another one to look at is get_iplayer http://linuxcentre.net/
It works on windows/Linux/mac I use it all the time to get the radio  programs, but it also does tv proggies.
