going to add TAGs to all the tracks... then I`ll see if I can make them into folders, ( like I did before )... and see if I can make the full 50 tracks on one cd !....

Well you seem convinced of that @shutter , but;

AFAIK normal Audio CDs don't have folders on them (data CDs can though), and you ain't gonna get all those tracks (180mins.) on an Audio CD, so data CD it'll have to be, and not using standard uncompressed WAV files on the disc!
Good luck with that, and I did say earlier that I was bowing out, so now I will.

(not going for an Audio CD ) ... rather wanting and AUDIO DVD... purely because of the playing time length ..
From a consumer perspective, the DVD-A (audio) format was / is something of a niche product; if you really want to write a DVD-A disk on Linux - and both DVD writer and player support the DVD-A format - I think dvda-author is the tool for the job (easier and more convenient to stick to CD audio I'd think):
Information for package dvda-author:
------------------------------------
Repository : Multimedia (openSUSE_Tumbleweed)
Name : dvda-author
Version : 18.12-1.49
Arch : x86_64
Vendor : obs://build.opensuse.org/home:marec2000
Installed Size : 487.0 KiB
Installed : No
Status : not installed
Source package : dvda-author-18.12-1.49.src
Summary : High-Definition DVD-Audio Disc Authoring Tool
Description :
DVDA-Author creates high-definition DVD-Audio disc structures from either
WAV, FLAC/Ogg FLAC, or SoX-supported audio formats (.au, .aiff, .gsm,
etc.). This version supports multichannel audio up to 5.1. It can also
create "hybrid" or "universal" DVD-Audio/Video disc structures, which
contain both DVD-Audio and DVD-Video zones. A navigation feature makes it
possible to start playing a video title from within audio zone or an audio
title from within video zone. Wav header correction, 'gapless'
track-to-track playback and DVD-Audio menus are the latest features to
date.
