I wanted to ask how do I claim my referrals? But would really like to know how to ask a question on this community site without having to "reply" to someone's post. Cannot see anything that says "ask a question".

Okay - to start atopic on any of the boards on the forum, click the pink 'Start a topic' tab at the top of the board most relevant to your question, and a window will open to allow you to give the topic a title, and there is a bigger window on the same page to let you type your question. For your information, this question should be asked on the 'My Account/Billing' board.
