Hope someone can help, problem is my iphone 5 and macbook air cant use the continunity feture of phone calls when using my technicolour router, after much trouble shooting with apple we finally narrowed it down to the router as we could sucessfuuly get it to work using a new network using my works mobile and tethering to create a new wifi.
Any pointers as to what I need to do to enable then to talk, have tried disabling firewall on router but plusnet say they cant support but said it would seem to be a port issue.
Anybody else had this issue?
Have tried searching but nobody has my exact router issue.
Thanks
John

Hi and welcome
Is the Plusnet firewall turned off? It can be accessed via the Member Centre
https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=firewall
If it is on, try turning it off and then dropping your connection. When you re-connect the firewall state will have changed and you can test again.

Hi There,
No the firewall has not been turned on, so it is currently set to off.
Anything else I could try?
Thanks for the welcome

I'm not familiar with this 'continuity feature' you speak of. Could you please elaborate a bit so that people can maybe get to the bottom of the problem.
That's RPM to you!!
