Anyone got IPTV fully working on Netgear D7000v2?

After over 2 months of trying, I'm close to giving up. I get constant breakup of picture with IPTV subscription channels on LAN/Ethernet. Tried an awful lot, read all the posts I can find, contacted netgear/plusnet support. When I swap in the plusnet router, picture perfect!

 

I've seen others with D7000 working but not with D7000v2.
