a micro usb to micro usb cable (male to male)?

I want to connect a Pi Zero to an Wemos D1.

I can find micro usb to virtually everything else bar another micro usb, HDMI, mini usb, etc etc.

Or do I have to butcher a normal cable?

They are the idea, a longer one would have been better, and preferably without the 100% delivery charge on the insight one.
When you can get a usb->micro for a quid why is the micro-micro 3x the cost?

@HairyMcbiker Not quite what you asked for, but what about one of these (ships from HK), or this, a cheaper version.

They look similar in function to the convertor that was supplied with my Samsung phone.

@RobPN I already have a OTG cable which is basically what they are, but wanted to make it neater.
But China doesn't seem to mass produce them like it does for normal usb->micro cables.
Will probably just cut the end of one and solder a micro-usb plug on the end, got some of them laying about.

I'd imagine they sell a lot less of those than the usb->micro, so the production costs are higher.

probably but I think they maybe getting more common now, with more and more equipment using micro usb as standard.

@nanotm been there and looked, all seem to be the micro-mini versions (or standard usb-micro)
These searches seem to ignore what you are imputing and look for individual names rather than "micro usb to micro usb" as requested, even with "'s on them. (Same on Aliexpress)
