Any one else having issues with imgur.com?

imgur.com isn't loading here, it just times out. Doesn't work on alternative DNS servers either. I know for a fact the site is up and running though :S

it's been hit and miss all day for me, only for uploading / hosting.
viewing seems ok

Odd, it loads fine through a proxy.
Seem to be having issues loading it on my phone too actually so I doubt it's plusnet after all (should of checked that first really  ).
