Any idea why my webchat didn`t arrive in my email Inbox?

Hey all. I did an online `chat` with a CAB (Citizens Advice) agent earlier today and I asked the agent if I could `save` the messages and then did that by clicking on the `+` symbol at the left side of the text arrow. The agent then told me this would then send to my Gmail address once we closed the conversation. It didn`t? 🤔

I`ve checked the spam folder and Trash and it`s not hiding there either. Emails that arrive usually get through without a hitch, but for some reason, our `chat` seems to have failed to do so. It`s nothing especially important but I would have liked to have a copy of the transcript to revisit all the same as it`s an ongoing thing I need to do, so it would have been handy to refer to what we discussed.

I don`t have anything/anyone blocked but I`m wondering if it`s a feature in ad block or something else that`s preventing this transcript email from materializing? The agent seemed to think it had been sent OK. But it isn`t showing at all in my Inbox or in the other areas. No doubt what we discussed was saved on their system if/when I contact them again.

 

Any ideas I could try to get this email to appear? Could it be held on the server or outer limits waiting in a queue? I`m stumped.

Okay. No replies to my question so I`ll just have to hope CAB still have that transcript saved somewhere and they can resend it since my attempt to `send to self` didn`t work. Even when the agent said it would/should once our online chat ended and was closed.
