Anti Malware and other security bits

What, preferably free, anti malware would you have loaded on your computer?
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Re: Anti Malware and other security bits

Free with Windows: (www.microsoft.com)
Windows Defender
Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer
Free for personal use:
Spybot Search & Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
Ad-Aware-Anniversary Edition http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php
I also run the Secunia vulnerability scanner online to check that I have the most secure versions of various products. http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/
The only paid for software I have is Norton Internet Security 2009 which seems to be effective if resource hungry.

Although if you haven't got Windows you don't have to run all that stuff.
