Annoying windows popups

I thought I had everything figured concerning windows but I keep getting annoying pop-ups each time I open a new page
The first one reads
"Do you want to allow software such as Active x controls and plug-ins to run"
Then
"A script accessing software has been marked as safe for scripting. Do you want o allow this?"
Any suggestions on how to stop this?

You dont say what O/S and you dont say were the popup are coming from I assume you refer to web pages. If so what browser are you using? Its either a virus/malware or you have your security/av set high and its warning you of every little thing.

seems similar to the kind of warnings comodo defense+ throws up - the warnings pop up whatever program you are using - tiz a feature you can disable
