Android emulator for PC

Can anyone suggest an Android emulator to run on a PC?

Bluestacks is the only one i know of. I've never used it though..

This is the only one I would trust, simply because it's a known company and they offer 30-day trials.

The free emulators like Nox are very suspicious IMO. You have to think about how you're going to pay if they're giving such a complex piece of software for nothing.
