Two of my all tie favourites are printkey2000 and flashget.
Printkey because its extremely good for screen captures and has far better features than any other programs out there.
Flashget because I can pause and resume downloads and the features are very good. I've yet to find another download manager thats on the same level as Flashget.
Also Win2VNC (in conjunction with a TightVNC server) is another handy bit of kit. The netbook can sit up on the desk and i can move my mouse pointer from the desktop computer onto it and use it with the desktopp computers mouse and keyboard. Far easier than trying to use the tiny keyboard and trackpad which is only good if you're out somewhere.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!
