Alexa/Google

Hello,

A quick question :

I noticed that my Freeview box has a " Voice " option to connect to Alexa;  is it possible to connect to a Google Home Mini as well ?  If so, where to find instructions ?

Thanks..

Nobody is going to be able to offer help from such a vague post.

The make and model of Freeview box would be useful for starters.

Re: Alexa/Google

As this is a Plusnet forum I assumed that, if not mentioned otherwise, readers would  also assume I refer to a Plusnet supplied Freeview box.  I did not realise different Freeview boxes all have different ways to connect to Alexa/Google.

My Freeview box is :

Humax

DBT2220

86B08520

Any assistance you can provide will be welcome.

Re: Alexa/Google

So not even a Freeview box then, but a Plusnet supplied Youview box.

And you've posted to the general tech help forum....

Hopefully now we've established that it's actually a Plusnet Youview box the mods will move this to the Plusnet TV forum

Ah this tech forum is not restricted to PN supplied gear, it's a free for all relating to any hardware. I'm sure their masters BT will change that in times to come...

I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!
