Advice: Free pdf creator

I’ve taken on updating a local sporting association’s website recently whereby I receive match results and averages etc. We also put up a downloadable match / team grid from which members can establish which team they are playing in any week. This comes to me in a spreadsheet but the previous administrator tells me that he converted them to pdf to avoid members being unable to access them as they happened to have an earlier version of MSExcel. He paid about a tenner for deskpdf from docudesk.com but being a bit stingy  Wink I thought I’d try and get a free version to do the same job. A friend gave me go2pdf but that seems to create a file with a .xps (?) extention; obviously only those with an application to read these files could view the download meaningfully. Looking at the literature for pdf995 it says it takes you to the company’s website every time it’s used. Does this refer to when I use it but not when someone is viewing the website?  Anyone know of a free pdf creator that would do the job for me?

Re: Advice: Free pdf creator

I am assuming you are on Windows... in which case I use CutePDF and my housemate uses Primo PDF to produce PDFs and both seem to work equally well.

You install a plug in and then it's save as, download from here
Works for word, powerpoint, visio, publisher etc. I have used it and works pretty well.

Re: Advice: Free pdf creator

I use pdfcreator: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
It is a printer driver and works with any program that has a print function!
