Advertising-referrals

I have raised to 2 questions to the faults team this week and noticed these tickets have this info
"Did you know you can save money by recommending PlusNet broadband? Tell your friends about us and you could get a monthly discount if they sign up - find out more about My Referrals at http://referrals.plus.net/
I found its breaks up the flow of urgent information and response from F9 and answers from me as well and make it difficult to read
Can this advertising be removed?

It's one of the initiatives we've taken to improve the visibility of the referral scheme as a number of our customers aren't aware of it.
I'll pass on your feedback to Mark though.
