Requires an Adobe ID to sign in with, otherwise, no go, they stopped allowing people the free downloads sans-ID a couple of years ago because too many people were downloading it all for nowt and not buying the full up-to-date products, so with the ID they can restrict who downloads what...
That is really old news - I downloaded them in January 2013 before they introduced the sign in Also they aren't free but are officially only for existing users who need to revalidate I had to use it when I cloned my C: drive to a bigger disk and the license key wouldn't work
I also downloaded CS2 ages ago, after PS7 became non compatible with an OSX upgrade. However, I deleted it in favour of Apples iPhoto and Aperture, and now Photos CS2 may be useful to some.
As I said I tried this months ago but in the end I preferred and went back to CS1. Having the browser as a separate part of the program seemed a backward step to me. And the other drawback is that as the activation servers for these are gone it means the programs never get truly activated so it's always pop up time every time you run the program.
