Active X Problem

I have problems in receiving anything that uses Active X.  I get the following Message "Your current security setting does not allow this file to be downloaded"  Any ideas how to overcome this?

Ideally you don't want to, its a good security feature to have!  However if you *have* to have ActiveX running...
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Medium High should allow you to install signed ActiveX controls.  If you are already on Medium High, it could mean the ActiveX control you are trying to download is unsigned so it isn't recommended you download it
