We have happily been with Plusnet for a good few years and still have the original router supplied, a Thomson TG585v8., which has worked beautifully with our desktop (wired) and wirelessly to 3 other devices.
Today we bought an Acer Chromebook. We logged on without problems but after a few minutes all the lights on the router went out and we lost connection to everything. It took us a while to work out that it happened only when we logged on with the Chromebook. As you can tell, we are now back online - but only to the wired desktop, none of the wireless devices can now connect, we just keep getting "authentication problem" messages. (We are keeping the Chromebook off for the time being, needless to say).
Any suggestions for a solution will be gratefully received.
