[ADVICE] Conference Calling Query

Hi there, I need some advice.

Due to lockdown our charity will have to start doing conference calls. Some of our service users will find it hard however to dial a number and pin. We hope to maybe have 10 max on the call including host and guest speaker so about 8 SU's.

We will use the likes of Zoom for our advanced users, but for now we need to include those who simply don't have a smart phone.

It's very important to be able to call the SU and have them join and I`m looking for any suggestions that you may have.

Zoome has the ability to dial in using a phone number rather than using their software, you can just use that.
