I thought I would share with you some news of changes at ADSL Nation. ADSL Nation is now part of Tandy, we have therefore moved sales of the ADSL Nation product range to the Tandy on-line shop at http://www.tandyonline.co.uk The old on-line shop remains on-line for reference purposes but is no longer accepting orders, the rest of the ADSL Nation site however remains the same. The best news for customers is that there is a fixed delivery charge of £1 for standard delivery at Tandy so that means due to the lower delivery charges most orders will cost less.

Just took 5 minutes to look at Tandy on line store..... Don`t think that Maplin has any worry about competition.....
for a bit of fun.... go check out "Components".... and see how much stuff they "actually" have on their site....
 like Semiconductors... (0)    Fuse holders (0) ..... Capacitors ( 8 )    ....  Resistors (3)..... Knobs (1)  
Really going to shop a lot with them ! ! ! ...

Wow ! Nice to see the Tandy name still going.
I worked for Tandy for many many years - it was in fact the first job I ever had (as a tea boy !)
Not the best of companies to work for but certainly very memorable.

It's now part of Tandy, which is a business that went under recently? Right. I wonder if the previously often recommended products from ADSLN will continue to get recommended henceforth.

At least they still have CW1308 cable (but no cable clips), XTE/XTF filters etc and RJ11 high quality twisted pair leads, plastic & other IDC tools and with P&P at £1 they will still be on my list.

You haven't got that quite right there Gerry,  they do have a small selection of Semiconductors, Fuses, Capacitors etc. It's 3 types of resistor (not 3 values). Some of their category headings misleadingly say "There are no products matching the selection" and I did come across some that said 0 items, you need to go down to the detail pages to see the items, however errors like that won't help them.
