A question for the technically minded

Good afternoon fellows, long time since ive been here
The small company i work for are really struggling with a problem, which i will simplify as much as i can and hopefully someone will have an idea of what on earth is gong on/wrong.
We regularly have to logon to our company website to obtain instructions from our clients. Every day (without fail) we got blocked from accessing the site within our own network (its accessible from phones, via proxys, home EVERYWHERE). Once we reboot the router we have access for X amount of hours before the site is blocked again (BUT ONLY FROM WITHIN THE OFFICE NETWORK).
The boss has phoned Pulsant (host the site) and BT at least two dozen times and no-one thus far has been of any use what so ever.
This problem ring any bells with anyone, what can it be?

which router and have you set up any special firewall rules
how are you logging on to the website - ftp or http or shttp

Its the standard BT router for fibre broadband (BT Business Hub)
No special firewall rules i am told (presumably thses would block the site all the time rather than being sporadic)

Make sure your IP is added to server firewall as an "Allowed IP" and if on cPanel hosting have your IP also added to CPHulk Brute Force Protection.
Being blacked in either of those will cause the time out issue you describe.

Both Server Firewall (CSF) and cPHulk are accessed via WHM, you will likely need to ask host to check for you unless you have dedicated or vps server.
All of this is pretty basic hosting support and really should be the first thing they look at.

Completely useless thus far, im fairly new so they wont let me loose on the settings but i'll pass on the info
