I sat down in front of my PC this morning, and promptly had to remove over 100 'returned emails.' Has anyone else had something like this today? And why didn't Postini pick it up? The sender's name wasn't my name, and so it was quite easy for me to set up a filter saying if it was from my email address and not my name then mark it as to be deleted.

This kind of thing is quite common and is called backscatter. There is not much you can do about it, and it is nothing to worry about too much. It will die away in a day or two. Postini will not pick it up as it doesn't look like spam, just a genuine "undeliverable" response.
