I came across this speed test site the other day so thought I’d share it, I did search the forums to see if it had been mentioned before but no results were found so apologies if it’s already known.
Here’s the output from a test:

I like the clean and tidy output.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Anonymous - nice site, but it definitely reports an impossible upload for me, while being correct for download.

The ping is of course relative, and your download speeds seem to be about the same but your upload is just over double, so that is odd. Maybe you could try the new site again later to see if you get the same results.

@Anonymous - Ping is of little concern for me, TBH - JackDinns AutoSpeedtester, which runs hourly tests while I have this machine on sometimes reports >150ms while Oookla reports 20-30, tested immeadiately after.
The upload shown above, on your 'new' site has reported that figure consistently over 4 tests, but is obviously erronous - my upload connection speed (as reported by RSL) is only 882kbps.

Well that's what I was meaning by relative, I guess where and what is being pinged will determine the response time. But I have to admit your upload speed test is a neat trick.

Well like a lot of these HTML5 tests, my results showed an upload of 21.6Mbps i.e. above the upload speed limit by 8%. The BTW flash tests returns 19.6Mbps for comparison purposes. Testing wired on an 80/20 FTTP line.
So I guess the HTML5 test results get skewed by either my router or PC buffering packets. This happens with DSLreports, TBB HTML5 too.

I got virtually the same speeds as reported by BT Wholesale, bit slow today though.
