64/32bit hardware

My desktop PC has a 64bit mobo running 64bit Win7.

I have a wireless card PCI that is 32bit.

Assuming that there is a PCI slot (not totally sure on that lol) will the two mix or do 63bit boards only accept 64bit cards?

I've never seen a 64 bit PCI slot on consumer grade hardware. Most are 32 bit, even on modern motherboards.
You can use a 32bit PCI card in a 64 bit PCI-X slot and vice Versa.

Last time I saw a 64bit pci slot was on a Compaq server. Weird looking thing it was. I was fitting a 4 way gigabit nic into it. (that was over 10 years ago)

I once used a 64 bit SCSI card (in a 32 bit PCI slot).

Worked perfectly well.
