Dear All,
My rather aging Linksys ADSL modem has just died. I am now looking for a replacement but I want to make sure it will be compatible with my 4 IP block allocation. Is this a general feature of current modems/routers or should I look out for specific models? Any recommendations greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Steve

You'll find that most modern routers will support the use of an IP block.
Before you buy anything, I'd probably recommend you check with the manufacturer that it will meet your exact needs.
