have an open ticket open with plus net as my VOIP phone would not ring after registering a 0845 number. This ticked was created on 15/8/07, and is not sorted out a month later, I was hoping to recommed friends and famly to join +net but with this sort of service I am beginning to see if another supplier would be more suitable.
The whole VOIP service is unrelliable, with calls not being routed first time, drop outs after about 30 seconds duration. My wife now preffers to use the PSTN line rather than have the hassels described above
