I'm an existing PN TV customer and this morning I ordered a youview plus box to replace the old zapper box, I paid my money for which I've had an acknowledgment but other that that I've had no confirmation of the order.
Has anyone ever ordered a new box, should I have had confimation/order number for tracking etc. ?
