tv order no email

please can someone help i put a order in for p/n tv got told my order details would be emailed to me i ordered yesterday i want to know if my order as gone through and i got told monday for delivery is this still correct

Hi phil1964,
Something appears to have gone wrong I'm afraid as no orders for TV have been processed.
I'm looking into this with someone at the moment with a view to pushing this through again from our side.
Please bear with us and I'll update you as soon as I can.
EDIT: We owe you an apology. We shouldn't have accepted an order prior to the fibre service being activated. That has now been taken care of.
I just need a few details from you before I can order TV so I'll give you a call.

Hi adam thanks for the reply i want a recordable box please and i want the  ententertaiment +.  hd pack and sports pack please can i have delivery on thursday as i have that day off also got promised free activation
