btsport on sky platform
Hi I ordered bt sport HD last Wednesday told at first 48 hours to be active this then became 72 hours ?
called customer services after 48 hours to confirm all was ok and told it was
72 hours and no bt sport called customer services and the agent spotted it had been incorrectly set up ?
1 hour later an email telling me was active and should get it within 24 hours
24 hours later nothing
called again 3 times that day all to no avail
I even contacted bt and sky to see if there was a problem with them
I have full sky tv everything is working viewing card number identical to number given to plusnet .address etc everything identical
I have always had bt sport with my previous providers without any problem
going around in circles for although customer services are very pleasant no one seems to be able to do anything absolutely shambolic system and company

Got it activated Wednesday afternoon took 7 days and countless phonecalls. finally got someone in customer services who said he would call the bt sport section and try to get it sorted out and would that he would call me back. he did 2 hours later and all was working
Don't know if my problem was xmas and new year with no one working .seems to be only a handful of people who can deal with it.
