bt sport app login

Hi there, can someone from plusnet please help, the bt app is now not letting my login, Im not even sure what my id should be, I thought it was the plusnet username I received on my original letter but this doesnt work, please advise.

Also can only have 3 attempts then locked out.

Nope no usse, says i havent activated bt sport which i done months ago, plusnet please look into this.
