Following a power cut today my Youview+ box has stopped working. When I try and power it on, it says 'Waking up' for a minute or so, then the signal to the TV is lost and the box starts making some unusual noises. It sounds like a similar problem to https://community.plus.net/t5/TV/YouView-Box-not-working/td-p/1814607, where @Gandalf kindly sent a replacement box. Given that I still have almost 12 months of my contract left, could I ask for the same please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're YouView+ box has stopped working. You're rights, as you're still in contract with ourselves, I've ordered a new one to be sent out to you. You'll receive a tracking reference number within the next 24=48 hours.
