I'm glad to hear that your services all appear to be working fine again at the moment and I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.


Regarding the ticket that was raised to our TV Faults Team, we do aim to get back in touch with an update within 3 working days of the ticket being raised or updated by yourself, although unfortunately we aren't always able to do this and in these cases, giving us a nudge by posting here or by contacting our support teams over the phone or through chat will always get the ball rolling again and I'd always encourage you to let us know if you've not heard anything back from us after a few days.


Please give us a shout if you notice any further issues and we'll be happy to take a further look into problem.
