I took out TV with Plusnet on 27/11 and re-contracted for 18 months to take it. According to Plusnet
"Once you've ordered the service, we'll dispatch your set top box (and powerline adapters if taken) via Parcelforce on the following working day.
Your order should arrive in 1-3 working days"
I have not received my box, and had no word on whether it has been sent. I am unable to phone, and have connected to live chat about ten times, entered my name, username and question, to get a message saying no advisors available each time. I have also raised it with the support team as a question and had no response.
I've been with Plusnet for many years with no problems, but had no need to re-contract apart from for TV, for which nothing seems to be happening. The lack of ability for live chat or email for an ISP is disappointing.
