My Youview+ box appears to have stopped working. It is in a reboot loop and won't start. It's exactly the same as this problem (https://community.plus.net/t5/TV/YouView-box-stopped-working/m-p/1799550) which was solved by @Gandalf who sent a new box. I am still in contract until the end of the year. Is it possible to get a replacement box?
