YV Box remote

The box and the remote don't appear to be communicating as they should.

New batteries and I've re programmed it but it's take 4-5 presses to get the box to respond mainly seems to be 'My TV' & recordings. I've always had a problem with it communicating with the TV as in I have to switch the TV off and on again after making sure the TV is on the external channel for the box.

Anything else I can try?

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

One thing you can try is to reset the remote. You can achieve this by following the instructions below:

 

· Hold down the Audio Description , Delete/SUB  and MyView  buttons at the same until the blue light at the top of remote flashes three times  

· Release the buttons
