Waiting for my plus box

I hadatext yesterday to say that my router was on its way,but I already had that a week ago! I am expecting a TV+ box,have wires got crossed somewhere,as I haven't heard anything since speaking to Justin on Sunday.The phone control panel shows the order as "awaiting processing",can somebody shed any more light on this,please?

I've checked the account and can see your set top box has been dispatched today so it should reach you within the next few days.

Pretty sure I got a text saying my router was on its way when my PNTV box was despatched.  I guess a while ago routers were the only hardware that got sent out and the wording on 'the system' has never changed (I think the same wording might even be used when they send out a returns bag for anything).

Thanks for the replies chaps,I jumped the gun,had a text and email to say that it had been despatched,and,voila,it arrived just before lunch.Will be setting the box up this afternoon,but I don't envisage any problems.My apologies for being too enthusiastic.
