Hi Paul,

 

I have tried calling a few times but have been unable to get through to anyone. I have reported via Live Chat (twice) and also on your Twitter account.

 

I get the ID003 error saying BT Sport isn't activated on my account but have gone through all the steps like setting up my BT ID.

 

Apparently now it has been escalated to BT but so far no reponse.

 

Not happy as apparently you will have been charging me pro-rata of £5/month since the day after activation (which was Saturday) and I'm not getting the service I'm paying for.
