I’m at the end of my tether with BT Sport, it works fine for a while then the card needs re-pairing to the box and it takes a week to resolve. The thing is I don’t use it often so for all I know I’m paying for something that doesn’t work half the time, I spoke to support on Monday to rasiee htis and contacted live chat (Ryan) for an update today and he told me the previous agent raised the ticket incorrectly. What can I do from here? can I raise this any high because I’m not satisfied with this aspect of my packge however eb=verything else is great. At this point my best option is moving to Virgin.
