Trying to order tv.

Rang the number to order Plusnet tv ( Live Chat option greyed out / not available) only to spend 15 minutes on hold so I gave up.

When's the best time to phone then please?

Shame tv service just can't be ordered online.

There is a graph on the support pages showing waiting times. Try calling between 9 PM and 10 PM. The lines close at 10 so  don't leave it to close to 10pm

Hi there.

Unfortunately due to the way our system works a YouView service can only be added from this side.

With regards to live chat not working, do you have any pop up blockers installed in your web browser? As these can prevent the web chat system from loading up.

Alternatively would you like us to arrange for someone to call you back?

 This actually isn't correct. YouView contracts are arranged by our customer options TV team and they close at 8pm on a weekday, 7pm on a Saturday and 6pm on a Sunday. They can be reached on 0800 0113 217

Just tried the number again & got through in a couple minutes, I spoke to a very helpful person & she sorted out my tv order fine.

Well under 25 hours since ordering & I have a PlusNet YouView box delivered.

That's interesting I ordered plus net tv and you view box 11 days ago and still not heard/received anything?
