I've just resubscribed to BT Sport over Sky Digital so that I can start watching the rugby again from tomorrow, but had a message that I need a new viewing card sent to me in the post!! Why do I need this, when I already have a working Sky viewing card that I was using up until March? If I'd known about this I'd have resubscribed a week ago, but now it looks like I'm going to miss the match, which is only available via the red button. To say I'm not happy is an understatement!!
EDIT: Managed to get through by phone at the fifth attempt, and the order's been changed to my current viewing card, but apparently it might take up to 48 hours. I will just have to keep everything crossed and hope for the best!!
I suspect this is just the default email sent out based on other threads about this, they get Sky to update your existing card or they should assuming you indicated you had one already. But it can take up to 72 hours I believe.
