I tried phoning to renew my tv package and past around from one person to another, passed to a tv engineer and then he said you need tv sales, there is no queue, put back into a queue and no answer, shocking service, 26 mins on a call and gave up
Can someone phone me on my mobile after 11 as i cant hang about all day.
