TV order process

I have some questions. My go live date for internet and phone is Monday. Will I be able to order TV Monday.

Also I had to pay a month upfront when ordering the broadband and phone is this also required for a TV order?Huh

The p&p and £50 activation do these charges go on the next bill or do you have to pay at the time of ordering the TV.

Hi there @Daniel28012

Once your broadband goes active you'll be able to order the TV package from ourselves

With regards to payment what would happen is on your next months bill there would be a pro-rata charge for the services along with the activation fee
