TV account settings

Hi

 

I can't see in the account area any options to view my TV packages details i have, is there a direct link?

Fix

If you log in to the member centre, and then it's in the top menu called 'My Channel Packs'.

I have PlusNet TV but that menu option isn't there.

Depends how you login in to the member centre, based on a test. However, if you select "member centre" at the page "tabs" level to go to the member centre home page, "my channel packs" should Undecided appear.

My internet channels have gone now. PlusNet don't think I signed up to IPTV. That's the problem.
