TV Service Not Setup Yet

Hi,

I have recently activated the TV service, I’ve had box delivered and all channels are working.

When I click on the TV tab in my account it says that TV service is not setup yet and to come back when I plug in my box which I have already done 2 days ago.

 

Any ideas?

Hi @brisycom,

I'm glad to hear that the box has been delivered and that the channels are all working as expected. Regarding the TV tab in your account, it can take up to 10 working days for the tab to fully activate after being initially ordered, so it may be temporarily unavailable for the time being.
