Lately I am having to reboot my Youview box 2./ 3 times a week after the sound is muted.
Usually happens when going from HD to standard channels.
This seems to be a common problem.
This is my second box and has been ok for nearly 12 months.
Signal and quality at 100%.
At the moment I could not recommend this set-up. We just need to switch on and the box work
Has anyone resolved it yet.
I had this problem, PlusNet swapped the box for a new one. I have had no problems since.
