Since the Software Upgrade

I'm finding I'm getting a lot of "You need to subscribe" when I switch over to an IPTV channel I've not watched for a few days. It seems to get stuck in a bit of annoying loop of "Press OK" which brings up a message and a "Help" button and a "back" Button.  Then tells me to turn my router off...

Its almost as if its lost the multicast

Restarting the Youview Box seems to be the most reliable way of getting it to work again.
